the entire staff greeted me warmly each time i walked past. the food in the panorama restaurant was delicious. the infinity swimming pools are beautiful with shallow areas. the hotel taxis were accessible and inexpensive, and the hotel kept everything beautifully clean. i found the room service speedy and friendly.
The hotel is somewhat isolated. You definitely need a taxi to go anywhere outside of the complex.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. They spoke english well and that helped me a lot. the swimming pool was also excellent, a refreshing escape after exploring.
the room faced SOME disturbances. i could hear footsteps and furniture moving from above , made it hard to relax. the hotel also felt far from the main city center, so going out took some effort.

I recently spent a few nights at this hotel. the pools and on-site dining options are well-kept. i appreciated that there were atms right outside the hotel. It is particularly useful. the hotel strives to provide a resort experience and succeeds.
the food and drinks seemed overpriced. a small bottle of local beer cost more than in the uk. the prices seemed to take advantage of tourists i think.

the room felt massive also the bed have a very comfortable feeling. the premises features two pools and a private beach and several restaurants. the gym contained all the equipment someone need for a decent workout. i think this is good.
i notice the room insulation isn't very good and someone can hear footsteps and furniture being moved from the floor above. also i found that the room balcony don't get any sun. it's slightly annoying.
